How do I get the standard look of photoshop like the second pic?

My app updated last night and now they will only open like the first pic. I HATE it. How do I get it back to standard like the second pic?

That is the camera raw portal. What file type are you trying to open?

Click Open in the lower right to close Adobe Camera Raw and open the file in Photoshop.
