How do I install previous brush presets?

Hello, in the previous version of Photoshop (CC 2017), I was able to access certain brush presets (the one I am specifically looking for is the M brush preset), and I cannot seem to find them anymore. How do I download these presets, because all I can find currently are links to the Kyle Webster brushes. Thank you!

In CC 2018 the M Brushes are now under Legacy Brushes, which can be loaded from the Brush Preset Picker fly-out menu.
