How do I make each photo the same size when creating a contact sheet?

I am trying to make a contact sheet on the 2020 version of Photoshop by going to automate > create contact sheet II. I see how to choose the images, how many rows and columns, spacing, and overall size but there is not away to make every photo X by X pixels. Anyone know how? I am making contact sheets with 100 images each so I don't want to individually crop and save each of them

do you want to resize the images or crop them to a certain size, is it a neatness thing? Have you tried using the bridge output mode? It works a hundred times better than contact sheet in my opinion:
