How do I manually input RGB values?

I know I used to do this simply in older versions of PS.

I am taking product shots where the color balance has to be spot on. I took two images, one with a grey card and one without.

On the shot with the grey card I get perfect balance by using the mid grey eyedropper in curves. I then need to open the image without the grey card and enter the new RBG values I got from the centre eyedropper. How I do enter these values manually? A search on teh web had me going into Chanels and looking for a "compoiste" channel that I could not find, it used to be much easier to do. Thanks for any help

After a 3rd cup of coffe I remebered how to do it. In curves I saved the preset and then in the image without the grey card I loaded the preset! Finding the saved preset button was the problem.
