How do I print envelope from Photoshop?

My evenlope is H: 5.7" and W: 8.875" and it doesn't seem to matter what I do, Photoshop always print the text outside of the envelope. I even created a custom paper of that same size and Photoshop still messes it up. Is there a tutorial somewhere that shows how to print envelope from within Photoshop?

Maybe the issue results from the way the doc is created or how it is printed.

Check the PSD file size is correct with 300DPI res.

Place guides for safety margin

 

If the text is inside the printing should be OK. 

 

 

Of course check the printing parameters. You must verify that the entire doc fits in the paper size. Here the paper is A4, but the process would be the same with an envelopp size.
