How do I remove shadow glow around Photoshop document

Hi everyone,

I've notice that there is a faint shadow glow around the edge of the document window whenever I click down on the canvas.

It's not glaring but it's annoying when I'm doing work, especially when I'm painting, it constantly flashes. It's just a distraction. I can't find anywhere to turn it off. Any suggestions?

Thank you.

Hi Ranjisha,

It was a user error. I relaunched PS and it went away. Really, sorry. I should have done that before posting.

Thank you for responding. Much appreciated!

Hi @DanSun2378

Thanks for reaching out.

Which version of Photoshop are you using? Can you show us what light is getting flashed?

Is this happening on all document types?

I checked on my end, but I cannot get the shadow you're referring to.

Please help us with a screenshot or screen recording.

We're here to help, just need some info.

Best,

Ranjisha
