How do I restore the default color palette

I'm a very new user of Photoshop 2021, and after I completed one of their tutorials, I seem to be stuck with the color palette from the tutorial. How do I restore the default color palette?

Can you make your panel taller and show a screen shot so we can see what you are seeing? Are your groups (folders) expanded or collapsed?
