how do I save a file in photoshop to a specific file not listed?

I'm just using photoshop 2017 for the first time and I tried to save my file and I can only save it to a few places. How do I select the folder where I want to save my file if it isn't listed?

If you are on a Mac, there is a little button to expand the dialog box so you can see all of your folders.
