How do I set height and width printing screenshots

Hi, I need to print screenshots. Given that the print resolution will be scarse to start with, I am asking if it's really worth to change the document size. I am in Europe so the lab goes by cm. A standard size is 30 X 20.

I enter 30 in document size, enter, when the file reopens it gives a width of 18 cm. approximately.

I am asking if I shoould "force" the width too, 20 cm, or leave the natural 18 cm thanks

For such marginal size differences it's usually better to simply rely on the scaling functions of the print driver and just set it to print the full page.
