how do i transform this 7

how can i make the 7 look like the 0s? thank you for the help!

1. Use magic wand to select the 7
2. make a new layer
3. eyedropper the dark brown you need
4. option delete to fill your selection with dark brown
5. filter >> filter galley >> burlap (you will need to play with the settings)
6. then add 2 layer >> layer Style> Stroke for the 2 colors.

The »7« seems simple enough that one could recreate it with the Pen Tool.
