How do i turn off snap funtion photoshop on ipad?

I found a temporary solution. If you click on the layer you want and then click on "Select Subject" in the right menu (layer properties), it'll allow you to move things around more freely. I'm still testing this, but so far it solved my problem.

Have you found a solution to this? I also can't turn this off and it's a huge problem. I only see a option to turn off rotation snapping.
