How do you contact Support? Need to know how to get favourite fonts to save.

Hi there, I am so incredibly frustrated that I can't find an answer to a simple question. How on earth do you contact Support? I keep going around in circles. The website claims you can contact a real person but the only options are Download & Install, Change Plan or Billing FAQs. None of these apply! I need to know how to save Favourite Fonts. Every time I close Photoshop they disappear and it takes ages to get them all back into a list again that I can use when editing.

Does anybody have an actual link to a chat or an email address? The Adobe Customer Care page is useless unless you need to read so-called help tutorials. I've read everything I can find including forum entries with people having the same issue. There is no real solution in there. I need individual help!

Just click on the Chat icon

Enter your requirements in the [Type your message here] section.

Just tested adding fonts to my favourite font list, closed Photoshop and opened again and the fonts are still there, using Photoshop 2020 on Windows 10

Have you tried resetting your Photoshop preferences

You may want to backup your settings beforehand
