How do you contact Support? Need to know how to get favourite fonts to save.

Hi there, I am so incredibly frustrated that I can't find an answer to a simple question. How on earth do you contact Support? I keep going around in circles. The website claims you can contact a real person but the only options are Download & Install, Change Plan or Billing FAQs. None of these apply! I need to know how to save Favourite Fonts. Every time I close Photoshop they disappear and it takes ages to get them all back into a list again that I can use when editing.

Does anybody have an actual link to a chat or an email address? The Adobe Customer Care page is useless unless you need to read so-called help tutorials. I've read everything I can find including forum entries with people having the same issue. There is no real solution in there. I need individual help!
