How do you create a color wheel in Adobe Kuler?

I am trying to create a color wheel for a product branding system that would allow designer to choose specific colors from a wheel provided to them. I would like to create the same kind of color wheel as the on in this link https://otomiproject.files.wordpress.com/2012/03/picture-41.png

I have also attached an image of the type of color wheel i found in google search.

    I'm not sure what you are asking. Are you asking for some kind of plugin or coding tool?

    I'm wondering if there is a tool that you can create a color wheel like my attached image in Adobe Color or Kuler. To be more specific, I was thinking of a program where you would enter PMS colors into a program and have it generate a color wheel with more complimentary colors to make a color palette larger that the original palette.
