How do you mask the hair perfectly ?

I'm trying to mask the fine hair using photoshop CC 2017 and watched several youtube videos about how to solve this problem by select and mask.

But as the following pictures show, it's very difficult to remove the background which has similar color with hair color.

I would like to know the solution and great technique for this problem.
