How do you open RAF (Raw, Fuji) in Photoshop and Lightroom?

I just got a new Fuji X100s and X20 and nothing seems to open the RAF files (JPGs open well). I have the Creative Cloud Photoshop and Lightroom and they are both up-to-date. Fuji site is of no help.

Neither camera is yet supported by Lightroom or Camera Raw.

They probably will be supported in a future update.

Your best bet is to convert the Raw files to DNGs (using the free DNG converter) then edit the DNGs in Photoshop and/or Lightroom.

This is NOT the solution as it does not allow you to pick RAF files

I am having the same frustrating problem. Had I read this, not only would have skipped the X100s, but I would have definitely kept my X100. I am very disappointed in both Fuji and Adobe (not that they care) and have spent half the day trying various suggestions. I can't even get a straight answer on if CC/Camera Raw will read the RAW files from this paperweight.
