The goal is to take the second image and change its shape to be the same as the first image (white shape), is there a tool to do that the most automatically way possible in Photshop?

Take a look at image below. If thats your goal then you can use Photoshop actions to automate process with this kind of images on clearly defined background.

Follow these steps to record an action:
-First step assuiming that you have single Background layer should be to record Select > Subject.
- Create a new layer above the image layer and fill it with white.
- Invert the selection by choosing Select > Inverse.
- Fill the selection with black and then choose Select > Deselect.
- Stop recording the action and save it.

Hi @Bojan Živković11378569, thanks for your response,

This is not the goal, i dont want to convert the real image of pants in a mask, the goal is take the real image of pants (image 2) and change its shape (only the pants) to be same as the mask (image 1).

Thanks!

@Daniel345398452ffr

If you just want to use the first image as a mask to hide/show parts of the photo, that can be done easily.

But there is no easy way to reshape the hiking pants to look like they are being worn by a person if that's what you are trying to do. The best way is to take a photo of someone wearing them.

One could use Liquify or Puppet Warp to re-shape the object manually, but I see no immediate option for automation.

And if @jane-e ’s suspicion is correct, the task seems risky as the creases/folds/… of an empty and a »filled« piece of clothing can be so different that the fake might appear quite fake …
