How I could open raw file in 3:2 ratio in photoshop [Duplicate thread LOCKED]

I set my camera to make image convert to 16:9 ratio. Btw, in the raw file, the image has to be saved in 3:2 ratio right? But when I open raw files in photoshop 2023, in came with like 16:9 ratio. How I could open raw file in 3:2 ratio in photoshop?
