There are AI features and portrait retouching plug-ins that can be used for this.

It is also very possible to achieve the same level of facial retouching and background replacement with no AI and no plug-ins, using features already included in Photoshop such as color correction, adjustment layers, masks, brushes, retouching tools, and filters such as Surface Blur. Experienced professionals have done this kind of work for many years using their skills and training in Photoshop fundamentals, before AI and plug-ins even existed.

Can you tell me those kind of plugins if you know please..

I don’t know because I’ve always done it using the tools already available in Photoshop. I had no need to pay for additional software. Hopefully others who do use those plug-ins will also reply here and suggest some for you.
