How long should it take to uninstall photoshop

I am trying to uninstall Photoshop 2021. After I clicked on the UNINSTALL button nothing happened. There's only a message that say, "Waiting." Is this normal. If so, how long will it take to uninstall the app?

Leave Photoshop 2021 version installed. Also have Photoshop 2020 version 21.2.9 installed. Use Photoshop 2020 when you have a Problem using Photoshop 22.4.2,  Older version of Photoshop are more stable than Photoshop 2021 Adobe is still developing Photoshop 2021.
