How much can one earn as a beginner in freelancing with Photoshop?

Hello, everyone

I've been learning Photoshop for a while now. I did use Photoshop briefly in the past for 2D animation work, but now I'm learning it professionally. I wanted to know how the job market is for people who work with Photoshop. Is it possible to earn a monthly income of $200 as a starting point? How many clients are there, and is the field saturated with professionals?

Clearly depends on what country you are working in and the type of jobs you are providing…

Working on Luxury ads for Chanel or Vuitton in US or UE is not the same than working for the corner bakery in Bolivia.

You might search Behance's Job section to see what's being offered:

Using Photoshop is not a job as such. Using it for what? Retoucher, compositor, photographer, concept artist, illustrator, graphic designer are all jobs which might use Photoshop as a tool (in most cases alongside other tools and applications). In all cases a strong portfolio is important as is a good understanding of the workflows which can come from experience or formal education e.g graphic design or illustration degrees.
