I saw note fron photoshop when generating new image there is "the generative layer can be moved and recreated in a new position" but I didnt find anything about it. Can somebody help me and explain please?

thank you for yoyr reply, but of course I saw this information, but I am speaking about diffirent thing. For example I have generated some layer and want impliment this part to another position,

saving the generated object but at the same time so that it fits into the new position

 

the generative layer can be moved and recreated in a new position, what does it mean:
