How to add custom artboards to the Artboard drop down menu?

I just want to add my custom artboards to this drop down menu, so that I can acces them when I create multi-artboard documents.

The custom artboard presets that I have created are not showing in this list. 

C'mon Adobe – tell me this can be done!

Thanks – yes, i started to do this, but these do not appear in my drop down menu.

I'm not quote sure what the menu you have shown is for.

It customises the artboard tool so in the flyout menu you just need to select the artboard tool you customised and saved. It will be the size for eg that you saved it as
