How to change a colour tint of a thin smoke layer?

Hello everyone I have been playing with some graphic designs for a site I am a part of where im looking to make images for others. I had been wondering how I could change the colour of the red smoke I have in the image above as id like it to be more colour coded to the rest of the image. it is of course on its on layer.
