How to change keyboard shortcuts (Tab and Shift + Tab)

Default Tab (used to hide (show) Option Bar and Palette) and Shift + Tab (used to hide (show) Palette).
Is it possible to change these 2 keys? (eg reverse these 2 keys)

My ps has an error in the "full screen with menu bar" mode if the Option bar is hidden.

Brothers and sisters know ps please help. Thank you very much

    Hi yes its possible in Photoshop Preferences you can change any shortcut how you want.

    Please help. I went to the Edit / Keyboard Shortcuts menu to search but could not find anywhere to change the Shift + Tab key
