How to check ID logged in

Hey guys , I ve some issue about license id

Last week I used Photoshop with office network so I didn't notice the id license , But now I ve to work from home with office equipment and it's got some problem cuz I didn't remember the id license when I used it , So is there any solution how to check the id license that I used before?

To use Photoshop/Creative Cloud you log in with a user ID and a password. The user ID will normally be your email address. The password you must have typed in yourself when you opened the first time. If you don't remember it, there is probably a "forgotten password"-link somewhere, like with any other online service, where you can reset it.
