How to clean edges in Photoshop?

So i have this picture and i want to clean and smooth the edges but i dont know how and I don't want to use the brush tool because its not precise

Hi there,

As you want to smoothen out the edges, please follow the steps below and see if it helps.

1. Make a selection using any of the selection tools ( I use quick selection and click on the area to create a selection).

2. Then click on Select & Mask on top to open up a new panel and increase the smooth slider values by dragging the slider to the right.

3. Then hit CTRL + D (Windows) OR CMD +D (macOS) to remove the selection.
