How to completely disable saving to cloud

How can I turn off saving files remotely? I don't ever want my files uploaded anywhere unless I manually choose to do so. 

Please tell me there is a way to disable syncing my work to a "cloud."

    Was this ever fixed?

    Cause if not I'm not renewing my subscription. What kind of garbage is it that you can't decide where your files are stored at?

     

    I still miss Photoshop Touch as at least it let you not use the cloud if you didn't want to.

      Submit an enhancement request to Adobe - need choices. Either Adobe Cloud or other (e.g., Dropbox). Not sure why they chose the restrictive route - remember Microsoft with Internet Explorer and no option to choose Netscape.
