How to contact Adobe chat?

Hi gents!

Adobe states they have support for their products including phone and chat but I cannot find a way to engage in a chat. It looks Adobe on purpose do not want anyone contact them!

I am looking for a link to get support for Photoshop CC in either English, Portuguese, Spanish or German. I cannot find that anywhere either in Adobe main site or regional ones... their support pages direct me only for these forums. No alternative... meanwhile PS is dead.

Thanks in advance for any hint.

Since I bought the photography plan two days ago, I've been trying desperately to get some good help regarding some installation problem. I must say that the help center has been an extremely frustrating experience. Once I tried to call, and it took 30 minutes before I got an answer. When I chat with the people there, it seems I get computer generated answers in bad english, they are really not responsive at all. It seems the central is located in India. Really bad experience. I've wasted hours on not getting my problem solved. I had expected much more from such a company.

I feel your pain, really. Very frustrating.

I am an Adobe user since the early 1990s and that is just the second time I need some support.

The first time was when it was released the first version of the (then) paid Camera RAW plug-in I purchased as it was released. On the occasion I had the problem "solved" simply because they gave up after several try outs and returned the purchase value... fortunately some months afterwards new version was released, free of charge for PS users and... functional.

Let us see how much time I will spend until to reach some support from them.

Thank you for your answer.

I just upgraded from Widows 7 to Windows 10 and the current version PS CC did not work anymore. Old PS versions including CC 2017 and CS5 works as expected.

I created a recent thread including additional details here:

All the best!

Hi

When you get to this screen click on Creative Cloud All Apps and then select Photoshop from the next screen

Then click on Troubleshoot

Then select Show me my contact options

And you should see this

Thank you for your answer.

I reached that page but the single option I have is "Forum". No other option in any site... probably the system identify myself and refuse any alternative... Hummmm... conspiracy theory! :-)
