How to contact support?

I've been subscribed for almost 5 years and would like to cancel my subscription. Going through my account it mentions that there will be a cancellation fee which is almost half a years cost of the services I pay for.

I would like to discuss this with customer services from Adobe but I can't figure out how to contact support through live chat or get a phone number.

I've seen older posts which mention to go on: https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/contact.html#

I've done this (and scrolling to the bottom of a webpage for the "Contact Us" section) but it only has suggested help articles and nothing else to get more help.

Can anyone let me know a method to contact support through phone/live chat/email?

Do you have any cookie and or popup blockers in your browser, the chat icon shows up for me

Make sure you are logged into Adobe.com. It is required for the chat icon to appear.
