How to contact support?

I've been subscribed for almost 5 years and would like to cancel my subscription. Going through my account it mentions that there will be a cancellation fee which is almost half a years cost of the services I pay for.

I would like to discuss this with customer services from Adobe but I can't figure out how to contact support through live chat or get a phone number.

I've done this (and scrolling to the bottom of a webpage for the "Contact Us" section) but it only has suggested help articles and nothing else to get more help.

Can anyone let me know a method to contact support through phone/live chat/email?
