Is this a commercial script? You have redacted the full name/title of the script screenshot, which leads me to believe that this is a working script and not just an interface mockup. There are too many unknowns. Do you know how to script?

Are you trying to replicate an existing script?

If you want it to be cross platform you use Photoshop Javascript and ScriptUI for the dialog.

Is it supposed to work based on a Selection, a Layer, a Layer’s Bound Box, …?
