I have an original image.
I selected four sections of the original image and saved the four sections as separate files/images.
Therefore I now have five images/files.
I need to make a collage using all five images/files.
How do I bring the five images into a new image/file and then arrange the movement and size of each image within the new file.

if its not creating a new layer you can try another way of placing images into the blanl document
1. Open a blank document
2. Go to file> Place Embedded
3. select the file you would like to include in your collage
4. Click Place
5. Arrange your image accordingly
6. Repeat steps 2 to 5 to get all the other images .
