Hey,

 

How would I go about creating Noise / Static in a 360 vr video?

at the moment it just sort of glitches? Does anyone else have this problem?

Are you after an animated noise effect.  I am not familia with 360VR video, but if you find footage of the sort of noise you need on YouTube or a stock video site, you could grab it, place it in a new video group above the 360VR video, and set its screen mode to Screen or Lighten.

 

You could do it directly with After Effects, and I suspect also with Premier Pro.  What apps do you have available.
