How to create post like this? :)

Hi everyone, I am new with Photoshop and my main idea start with PS is I wanted to post like this.

Any advice, I know how to make carousel post, but not these smooth transitions between photos.

You can make slideshows in Premiere Pro or Premiere Elements.
