Hi

How to make this effect in photoshop?

This effect is called "Forged composite"

It's made by carbon fiber.

I want to convert this pattern to Bitmap.

I would like to make for printing.

Effects like that are usually made from an imported texture.  The example below is 1000 pixels square, but you could make a seamless pattern from it, and cover a larger area.

If you want to apply the texture to an object with perspective, then that's something else.  We'd need to see that object to help you properly.  Our  Dave might be able to show how to use it  with a 3D object depending on its shape.
