How to create this typical Cd album frame/design

Hi, is it possible to create something like this in photoshop?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xGD4QcfPj9E&list=PLFVbzvsLx-cuLS4eejLIoGGVS8Vrn-mqB

Basically it's just CD cover on top of a blur background ( both are the same image only the bkg is larger.)

I'm still a beginner in Photoshop; so I'm using Canva to create my Cd cover and will import that inside photoshop to finish up the rest of the frame/design.

Please guide. Any help is greatly appreciate!

Please use the image icon to show a photo of what you want in your post. Not everyone has youtube privileges at work, or would risk a blind link on their employer's computer.

I see

Four layers

One for the small image

One for the text

One for the dark gradient

One for the larger blurred image

for the background image, enlarge a copy of the main image, and apply whatever blur gives you the effect you want
