How to create vertical text in adobe photoshop ipad?

Hello, I tried to create a text vertically like this in ipad:

but I don't have the clue where the button is in photoshop ipad version.

It doesn't seem that one can create vertical text in photoshop on the iPad as of time of this posting unless the vertical text was created on the desktop version of photoshop then opened with iPad photoshop.
