How To Delete Box on image?

I am using CC and when I got to my files, I see the left hand box embedded in the thumbnail. Workflow is in the screen shot.

I would be great if we could see a screenshot including your Layers Palette.

Do you have a Layered file of is it just one flat image?

This is the downloaded image placed in the file folder both in CC and Bridge. Direct from camera to computer.

I will check wjat you are requesting anbd post another if found.

Please bare with me! I am having trouble duplicating the screenshots I posted above.

It appears to happen only when downloading from camera into Photodownloader>Computer...

Problem continues despite "Layers Palette" being the way it should.

The problem appears to be when the Adobe Downloader downloads the images to any computer, that left hand box with a diagonal line is inserted.

Now if you use ACR/Bridge to edit and save the box is gone.

What process are you usining to download your images from card to computer? Are you running through an application?
