My creative cloud is full (21GB - 20GB). In the cloud are more than 15.000 photos. I want to delete them all. What do I have to do???

Creative cloud website: Startpage: List of the filenames of all the photos; Page Your file: no files; Page Your Biblio: no files; Page Shared: no files; Page Deleted: no files

Hi @Rombout317780400834 what was the solution?

Hello Kevin,

I had installed Lightroom Classic on two computers, an iMac and a MacbookAir. The latter was an old one.

From Adobe I got the message that my 20GB was used and that there was a problem with the synchronisation.
It was not possible to make space free. At that point I sent you my message.

Afterwards I saw that it was not possible any more to upgrade my Lightroom Classic on the MacbookAir, because this machine was to old.
I then decided to sign off the MacbookAir. After I did so, the synchronisation started and the necessary space was freed.

And now I have to buy a new Macbook.

Thank you for your attention,

Hi @Rombout317780400834 do you use cloud documents, libraries or Lightroom? Also check your deleted items to make sure you are clearing out anything you previously deleted. All that counts towards your storage quota.
