How to disable new zoom/center snap when in Full Screen Mode?

In any document > when in full-screen mode > zooming in/out > the image/artboard snaps to a new position.

Mac OS, Wacom Tablet, Asus External Monitor.

Problem does not arise when in full screen (pressing F twice, not sure what it's called)

Hello, if you had the issue also on Ps 2020,

Ps22 that has just been released does have a zoom centering issue in its fixed list https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/fixed-issues.html#photoshop-desktop-fixed-issues

I recommend to install it while keeping the older version installed, as explained in: https://helpx.adobe.com/be_en/download-install/using/install-previous-version.html

When is this going to be fixed? Definitely a glitch as the full-screen mode works fine.

This is causing a lot of issues in my workflow and I haven't found a workaround. Can I be notified when this is resolved so I can update as soon as possible?

You can try to checklist application frame.

go to menu window - application frame

Center snap will be off.

Hope it helps for you.

Under Window>Application Frame>I only have the option to tick 'Options' or 'Tools' there is no 'Centre snap' displayed

This is also occurring when creating a new blank layer, new layer merged and when flattening a file. Only in Full Screen Mode with Menu Bar. (iMac 5k, High Sierra) Grrr...
