How to display 'new floating toolbar'?

Dear all.

After update, i see a new floating toolbar exist whenever i do in my photoshop document. I don't know what toolbar is it becouse photoshop doesn't tell me but I think it was really helpfull. But accidently i closed that new floating toolbar.

How to display it back?

It sounds like the new Contextual Task Bar. It should appear--contextually--when you perform various operations. You can go to Window > Contextual Task Bar to enable it if it isn't showing up. There will be a checkmark next to it when it's enabled.

It doesn't work for me.. somehow there's no "Contextual Toolbar" in Windows drop-down, Photoshop version is 24.6.

@Crazyhorse do you have a document opened, it will be greyed out unless you open a document first
