How to download a file for wordpress ?

Hello.. i am using adobe photoshop for editing images for my wordpress website.. I am using all the right formats for downloading images.. but when i try to upload it onmy wordpress website it dosen't upload and giving wrong format issue.. here is the link of my website [website link removed as per forum guidelines] looking forward for a solution.. thank u

Threre are a few things you didn't tell us:

When do you edit the images? After you download them? What format do you save them in?

Where are you downloading the images from? Another website? "Right format" is vague — what format are the images that you download?

What format does WordPress require and what format are you images in when you try to upload them?

I am running wordpress site. Uploading JPEG, PNG, GIF images exported/saved from Photoshop to content library was never problem. Please answer questions from the above reply.
