How to download Patterns.

Hello,

I was trying to do a pattern overlay but I have very little options as you can see from the picture. I know there is other ways to acheive what I want to do, but just wanted to know if I can download these or do I add them manually myself?

You can not find  one you want in the folders you show and other  Adobe provides you can add your own and download other from the web and import them
