Hello,is there a option for drawing around a circle made with ellipse tool without stroke on it?

I mean,i want to make that stroke option manually by drawing with Brush tool. And i want it to not go inside the circle and fill it.Thanks.

To stroke a Path with a Brush there’s »Stroke path with brush«,

to hide an area while painting there are Vector Masks and Layer Masks for example,

but I am not quite sure what you are actually trying to achieve … please post a clear description and sketches to illustrate your point.

I wanted to achieve this drawing by drawing manually with mouse, not with directly stroke option.I mean i want to create an ellipse and use it like a circle-shaped ruler and draw across that ruler.

And what would be different to what @c.pfaffenbichler showed you, as his solution is essentially what I understand what you want to do, except that you do not need to move your mouse around?

What?it is absolutely different by that what i want to do.You can draw lines partly instead of stroking completely.

Well, if you had bothered to explain what you want to achieve in detail misunderstandings might have been avoided.

As far as I see what you are looking for is not achievable in Photoshop so far.

I am still not sure I understand what you want to achieve.

If you just want to use the Path as a guide and paint manually then that should not be a problem.

If you mean something else please elaborate and post screenshots/sketches to clarify.
