How to edit text in Splash Screen of Premiere, Photoshop, Media Encoder, etc.

Hello guys,

That’s the question:
How to edit the text in Splash Screen of Premiere, Photoshop, Media Encoder or of any other piece?
I don’t want to see “Artwork by XXX …”, so how to edit or remove it?
