How to evenly space lines among shapes using pixel grid

Hi community.

I have a rectangle shape which in the property settings says its 160pixels height. But when I count the pixels with marque tool, it says its 162 on the pixel grid. This is my fisrt confusion. The 2nd confusing attempt Im doing, is to try distrubute the 10 red lines evenly inbetween the yellow lines, Line 1 Line 2 Line 3.

Any information much appreciated.

Strokes matter. 

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) visible? 

Layers can be distributed via the Options Bar.
