Hello All,
Can someone tell me how I can fill in the lines of my object and still be able to export it with transparent background? I've tried to use the section tools but they all make select the background when i try to select the spaces between the puzzle pieces. As you can see the lines go all the way through the object. Though not actually connected or touching, the pieces still move as one object.
thank you for you help in advance!

I added a new layer above the puzzle piece layer and filled it with the same color of blue, Ctrl click on the puzzle piece layer to make the selection active and then with the polygonal lasso tool, hit the shift key so that you're adding to the selection, worked my way around the image like below
Then I selected the blue layer and just hit Ctrl + J to jump the selection to it's own layer and turned off the blue layer

A very simple way would be to take the paint brush, select the color and manaully paint the gap in.

Alas the image posted by the OP does not have a consistant blue color throughout the image

The following method will remove the puzzle lines and maintain the color variation
Fig 1. Enlarge the canvas area, then rotate the image to horizontal for working ease.
Fig 2. Sharpen the image because its perimeter is not crisp enough for a clean Magic Wand selection of the white area.
Select white area and Delete the the white area and then Lock it.
Choose the Clone Stamp tool to erase the lines that touch the edge of the image
Fig 3. Drag the Spot Healing Brush over the internal lines
