I updated Photoshop to the new version, but see that it isn't supposed to run on Monterey, which is all my computer has. I want to work with Photoshop 23 which I think my computer is okay with. But how can I download that version? I don't see it in my Adobe apps? Thanks.
In order to see the previous photoshop 2023 version in the Adobe Creative Cloud Application go to Apps menu then where it says Photoshop go all the way to the right and click the three little dots just to the right of Open and click Other Versions then you should see 24.7.1, which is photoshop 2023.

Yes photoshop 2024 (ps ver 25.0) seems to run fine for most users on macOS Monterey, however, you do get that warning about Ventura or layer being recommended for best performance. That's just a suggestion about having Ventura or later, not a requirement, so i would suggest using photoshop 2024 (ps 25.0) for awhile on your machine and if you just can't use it for whatever reason, then you can install an earlier photoshop version 2023 using the Adobe Creative Cloud Application.

Thank you. That sounds great. Also, I found that if you tap on the 3 stacked grey dots by photoshop you get an option to download earlier versions of the software - in case anyone is reading this who doesn't know where to find those versions.

@default41roiih2z6ly Adobe only supports and has downloads for the current version 2024 (25) and one version prior 2023 (24).
As@Jeff Arola pointed out - you should be able to run 2024 (v25) on Monterey - yes there is a pop up that recommends running on Ventura, but it's not required.
