How to fix a [license] plate thats been blinded by light in order to read it.

Could someone help me make the license plate visible on the silver toyota camry. It isn't readable as there is a bright light from making look like a bright white plate.

Hi there,

Unfortunately, there is no way to fix this unless if you're working with a raw file. Then you can simply decrease the exposure in photoshop and it should reveal some detail on the number plate. However, it is not possible to recreate pixels in Photoshop.
