HOW TO FIX MY PNG FILE BLACK BACKGROUND ISSUE

I am a student in college and i major a graphic design. In yesterday I had some issue about PNG file.

All my PNG file has black or white backgroung. Acctually there was no metter about this metter but in yesterday that suddenly was happened in my laptop. Of course I was tried a lot of solution but everthing didn't give me a help. Of course originally all my PNG file had Transparency background and if it was opened in photoshop and illust program that had only Transparency background but IN YESTERDAY ALL MY PNG FILE HAS NON-TRANSPARENCY BACKGROUND IF IT COME OUT TO ADOBE PROGRAM IT DO NOT SEPERATED IMAGE THAT I WANT WITH BACKGROUND.  Please help me and give me a solution i have many subjack but I can not do my things if that is not solved. Please help me.

Try using Place command. If white/black background is gone then OS is adding it. Some browser do the same thing.

Please stop panicking and writing in red big letters. Your PNG files still have transparent backgrounds, but some applications like OS or other viewers may display transparency as white or black backgrounds.

 

I guess you expect to see Photoshop's checkerboard. That's Photoshop's way of displaying transparency, which is unfortunately not universal. To check your files, open them back in Photoshop. If transparency is displayed, then do not worry.


If you place a file with transparency on a white background, what will happen? Transparency will allow the background to be seen, right? Some apps will fill transparent areas with some color like black. I do not know what the idea behind that is.

Thank you for your reply and I really apolize about my red and big italic letters. And i found some solution about my metters and something works right way. But it copy and paste my png file to illustration or photoshop program there is still black or white background. Do you know why it happend?
