How to get rid of outline on custom shapes?

So im using the pen tool and whats happening is everytime i do a fill on it theres a black outline showing and then when i create the custom shape the black outline comes with it. So how do I stop it from happening.

Could you please post a screenshot taken at View > 100% with the pertinent Panels (Layers, Paths, Options Bar, …) visible? 

Is it an actual Stroke or just the Path being displayed (if so try cmd-H)?

As pointed out, you have a stroke on the shape. The setting are sticky, so I you want to change the default sticky settings, change them before you create the shape, and make sure you don't have a shape selected, when you do so.

the outline is visable around the shape, i only used fill path and not stroke
